Description You will have a minimum of 1 Rosette with pastry and Brasserie experience. Working with a brigade of 6 plus KP’s, covering will include a high lunchtime volume of business.
Working 45 hours per week with the possibility of some split shifts. Salary £18k plus excellent benefits. Some live in accommodation available. You will be required to do a Trial shift.
