Job Desciption:

We are seeking 2 Administration Support personnel for a 6 month contract with an immediate start for a client based in Scunthorpe.  The hours of work are 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  

Job Description

This role will work closely with the Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Category Management teams to provide support to the MRP Controllers with regards to resolving issues for Blocked Vendors/ Purchase Requisition, expediting overdue and urgent Purchase Orders and updating the Master Data on the SAP system.

Technical

Provide system and process support to all Plant Maintenance (PM) End-users.

Administer key PM Business Processes and ensure compliance. with key business processes.

Supports effective delivery of Strategic Objectives.

Provide hub of development and control for MRP databases (reporting process & scorecards etc.).

Responding to routine enquiries, etc.

Inventory controls and reporting.

Facilitate PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) continuous & break through improvements designed to enhance the department’s ability to meet internal and external customer expectations, eliminate waste, and boost profitability.

Continuously review, challenge and seek to improve working processes to ensure maximum service delivery to all customers (internal & external).

Rate:  Meets with National Living Wage
