List Recruitment is seeking a Transaction Accounts Assistant for a 6 month contract role based at a prestigious client based near Immingham, North East Lincolnshire.
This is a full time position.
As part of the Transactional Accounts team, to assist in the service to the businesses at the Humber, London, Dubai and Singapore locations in processing AP invoices.
Sorting incoming AP invoices into different business areas
Batching and scanning of invoices
Validating scanned invoices into SAP
Administer Transaction Accounts email boxes - Respond to emails, route invoices look at queries
Reconcile Vendor statements, ensuring invoices are on our system, requesting copy invoices, advising vendors invoice queries, payment dates
Other ad hoc duties
Good communication skills
Problem solving mentality
Strong IT skills, particularly advanced Excel and knowledge of SAP is preferred
