You must come from this background in this area. Customer focused. Approachable and flexible. Working alone at weekends so you need to be responsible for the whole catering facility as well as the kitchen. Self service buffet style. Purchasing of catering supplies for the kitchen including food & equipment. Must have or be prepared to have DBS check.
Work well under pressure and have excellent cooking and presentation skills. Must have transport due to location. 40 hours per week. No split shifts. £23K depending on experience. Temp - Perm
