Experience in working in a social housing setting. Providing job readiness support to customers. Creating and revising policies, procedures and service level agreements. Strong customer focus. Ensuring legal obligations and all policies and procedures are implemented and complied with including financial regulations, health & safety and all regulatory requirements.
Temporary up to March 2020.
