Receiving, recording and processing routine maintenance and day to day repairs from tenants. Agree and schedule appointments with tenants, issuing job tickets and reported repairs to contractors or internal inspectors within timescale. Effectively record repairs logged through out of hours service. Raising invoices, deal with payment queries using Proactis system. Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers.
