You will be handling customer inquiries by phone, emails and online. Processing quotes and orders. Updating all customer information onto database. Managing and resolving customer enquiries. You must be flexible to working demands. Able to priorities, able to work as a team member, working to deadlines. Must have excellent communication skills, be sympathetic and a good eye for detail.
This is full time 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Must have transport due to location. Start date end of August.
