Looking after the kitchen when Head Chef off, menu planning lunches and dinners. You will be enthusiastic and will be given room to achieve. You will also have a good background in Health & Safety and Food Hygiene. Working 5 over 7, no split shifts. Working between 11 am-10 pm. Live in accommodation is available.
