We were assessed against the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the REC's Code of Professional Practice.

The Audited initiative is run by the REC, the professional body for the UK's £31 billion private recruitment industry, and is the most comprehensive audit of its kind. It provides successful recruiters with an accreditation which confirms that business is being conducted ethically, in accordance with legal requirements and the REC Code.

We are very proud to be one of a few local recruiters to have achieved the Audited accreditation.  To have our business processes endorsed by the REC means that our clients and candidates can be reassured that we work to the most rigorous standards in the recruitment industry.
